摘　　要：本文采用ＭＣＳ－５１单片机系统实现真空测量仪的智能化。该仪具有数字显示、量程自动切换、放大倍数自动调整、非线性测量、误差补偿、给定压强控制、多通道测量、联机通讯和自动打印等功能。本文着重介绍电阻真空计的硬件设计和数据处理方法。The intelligent vacuum measuring instrument developed with MCS-51 microcomputer system is described in the paper. It has functions such as digital display,automatic switchover themeasuring range, automatic gain adjustment, error compensation, nonlinear measurement, multiplemeasuring channel, setting pressure control, computer network communication, printing and so on.The paper puts emphasises on the hardware design and data-processing of the resistive vacuum gage.
