摘 要:机械故障诊断的研究,实质上就是对故障产生的原因和故障征兆参数(或称识别特征)进行分类,并找出二者相互对应关系。本文首次提出振动故障的一次原因和非准确分、倍频(分频滞后、同频滞后、倍频滞后)振动的概念,对传统的故障原因及特征频率分类方法进行了修正,使二者之对应关系更清晰、简捷。机械故障诊断工程实践表明,此方法是可行的,适用于透平机,离心压缩机、泵、风机等旋转机械。Research on mechanical fault diagnosis, in substance, is classifing diret reasons offaults and its distintive symptoms, and is approaching the corresponding relationship between them. In this thesis, the concepts of first reason of fault and non exact subfrequencyand non exact multifreqnency (subfrequency hysteresis. synchro frequency hysteresis andmultifrequency hysteresis) are given for the first time. Tranditional classification methodsfor fault reasons and distintive frequency were revised. That make the relationship betweenthem more distinct and more forthright, and is applicable to turbine, centrifugal compressor, puulp, fan and other rotating machineris.
