摘 要:重庆市区8个交通路段空气中的CO浓度为5.85~38.2mg/m3,NOx为0.26~1.03mg/m3,SO2为0.19~1.04mg/m3,均超过国家标准。噪声为60~90dB(A),等效连续声级为70.5~75.7LeqdB(A),亦超过标准。且符合Ⅱ级高温作业。神经衰弱症候群、消化道及呼吸道症状等交警组明显多于对照组(p<0.05和P<0.01)。高血压、心电图描记和B超异常出现率也明显高于对照(P<0.05)。高频和语言频段听力损伤交警组明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。交通警察身体健康已受到危害。he hazard factors from policemen working at sites. eitht highway were investigated inChongqing. It was showed that CO, Nox and SO2 concentrations exceeded the national healfhstandard. The air temperature was 34- 39℃ in summer. Suri radiant heat was 1. 2- 1. 5 cal/cm 2.min ,which corresponded to third class of high temperature working. The results showed that theequivalent sound pressure levels were 70. 5- 75. 7 LeqdB(A), which correlated with counts of au- tomobiles per hour (r= 0. 625 P<0. 05).At the physical examination symptoms of neurasthenia .digestion and aspriation system in the traffic policemen were more different in control group(P< 0. 05 or P< 0. 01). The abnormol rates hypertension , chest X-ray , ECG,US and hearing losswere significant higher thanthose of the control group (P< 0. 05 or P<0. 01).
