护士和女性公安干警的心理卫生分析

摘　　要：采用ＳＣＬ－９０症状自评量表调查１２０６名护士和１３７名女公安干警，结果表明，护士和女警的心理卫生不够健康，护士更明显，其中１８～２９岁组年轻护士心理卫生状态最差。对产生的原因及其改善措施进行了探讨。he SCL-90 self-evaluation scale of symptoms was applied to study 1206 nurses and 137policewomen. The results showed that the psychological state of the nurses and policewomenwas not very healthy, the psychological state of the former was worse and that of 18～29years of age group of the nurses was the worst. The causes of the differences and method ofimprovement were also discussed.
