摘  要:沿着粘虫在我国东部地区的迁飞途径分别采集试虫,测定其三龄幼虫对6种杀虫剂的敏感性水平。发现吉林、山东及广东的粘虫对溴氰菊酯抗性分别是1984年的5.17、6.23和11.13倍,对氰戊菊酯为6.33、3.59和3.30倍的抗性。抗药性发展与多功能氧化酶活性的提高有关,与酯酶的关系不大。本文还讨论了迁飞对粘虫抗性发展的影响,并对其抗性管理提出了建议。The oriental armyworms,Mythimna separata(Walker),were collected along the hypotheti- cal migratory route in the eastern parts of China. The susceptible levels of the third instar larvae were in- vestigated with 6 insecticides by the topical application method.The results showed that the LD50 values for Jilin,Shandong and Guangdong populations to deltamethrin had increased 5.17,6.23 and 11.13 folds,respectively,and these populations showed also 6.33,3.59 and 3.30 folds more tolerent to fen- valerate. The increase of mixed function oxidase activity was a major cause in reducing the sensitivity,and esterase wasn′t an important factor.In addition,the influence of migration on the resistance development were discussed,and the resistance management tactics were also suggested.
