摘 要:固态血管栓塞剂如果具备适宜的溶胀特性——主要是溶胀压强和溶胀比率,就能在栓塞部位胀大定位,不致因倒流血液的冲击或受血管张力影响而移位,这样就会减少非靶向栓塞副损伤的危险。本文介绍最新研制的KMM靶向给药血管栓塞剂的溶胀特性,以及测试装置和测试方法。KMM与国内外目前常用的血管栓塞剂在溶胀特性方面做了对照比较。KMM的这一体外研究,是以确有疗效的实质性脏器肿瘤的姑息栓塞疗法为根据,以人小动脉为栓塞部位而设计的。Solid embolic agent can be kept immobilized in a given site if it possesses necessary characteristics-chiefly swelling pressure and swelling ratio.Under such circumstances it will remain in that site and will not be displaced by the intravascular tension or the reversed blood stream push. Complications caused by non-target orientating embolism could therefore be minimized. In this paper, the swelling characteristics of a recently investigated agent KMM and the method and equipment for its determinations are described. These characteristics are also compared with those of similar preparations available in local and foreign market. This test of KMM in vitro was based upon the effective palliative treatment for tumors of viseera. KMM was designed for intraarterial embolization in human.
