摘　　要：我科对膀胱癌开展了经耻骨途径全膀胱后尿道切除术,从1983年11月～1984年10月共做5例。其中2例术后半年内死亡,死因均与该术式无关。余3例健在,随访2～3年的无残端尿道癌发生。本文对全膀胱切除后,后尿道癌的发生和经耻骨全膀胱后尿道切除术加以讨论。Between 1983 and 1984, transpubic radical cystectomy combined with posterior urethrectomy was done in 5 patients with carcinoma of the bladder or posterior ure- thra. Two patients died of unrelated cause within 6 months after operation, while the others are still alive and well. Neither cancer recurrence at the urethral stump nor postoperative disability were encountered in these cases. The authors conclude that transpubic approach can be considered a safe surgical technique associated with mi- nimal morbidity.
