摘  要:用玻璃微电极细胞内记录法,对体外培养的人胚鼻咽上皮细胞、人低分化鼻咽癌(CNE-2Z)和高分化鼻咽癌(CNE-1)细胞膜电位(MP)进行研究,结果表明:(1)与人胚细胞相比,癌细胞MP负值增大,各细胞MP差异大,分布弥散,尤以CNE-2Z细胞为甚;(2)这3种细胞,细胞外K ̄+对数浓度与MP值均呈高度负相关;(3)比较3种细胞MP值与细胞外液K ̄+对数浓度的回归系数,CNE-2Z的最大,人胚的最小,说明癌细胞尤其是CNE-2Z细胞对细胞外液K ̄+浓度改变更加敏感;(4)培养液Na ̄+、Ca ̄2+、Cl ̄-浓度增加时,3种细胞MP改变均无显著性。提示与人胚鼻咽上皮细胞一样,鼻咽癌细胞以细胞内K ̄+外流为主而形成MP,但鼻咽癌细胞特别是CNE-2Z细胞膜对K ̄+通透性增大,K ̄+外流增加而致MP负值增大。The membrane potentials(MP) of nasopharyngeal epithelial cells of nor-mal human fetus and that of highly and poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma(CNE-1 and CNE-2Z)cells in culture were studied by intracellular recording techniques.The results showed:(1)The negative value of the MP of the carcinoma cells,especiallyCNE-2Z cells,increased significantly compared with the normal cells.The difference ofthe MP in different carcinoma cells,especially in CNE-2Z cells was greater than thatof the normal cells and the distribution of MP was more diffuse.(2) In these threekinds of cells lg[K ̄+]O was highly negatively correlated to the MP.(3) The regressioncoefficient between MP and lg[K ̄+]O in CNE-2Z cells was greatest and that of the nor-mal cells was smallest.These results indicated that the carcinoma cells,especially CNE-2Z cells,were more sensitive to[K ̄+]O. Increasing of[Na ̄+]O,[Ca ̄(2+)]O and [Cl ̄-]O didnot change the MP of any cell significantly. These results suggested that although theMP in all these cells are established mainly through the outflow of intracellular K ̄+,however the permeability of carcinoma cells,especially of CNE-2Z cells membrane to K ̄+increased markedly which leads to the increase of K ̄+ outflow and the increased of MPnegative value.
