中国八城市中风危险因素干预试验前后人群血压和生化指标研究

摘　　要：本研究报告了１９９１～１９９３年在中国大连、沈阳、四平、长春、朝阳、北京、上海、石家庄８个城市进行的中风危险因素干预试验，观察对４０岁以上中风高危人群血压和生化指标的影响。结果显示，干预后人群血压、血糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯均值比基线明显下降。提示在人群中控制高血压、高血糖和高血脂对预防中风具有重要的卫生学意义。A experiment in intervention of risk factors for stroke was carried out in eight cities including Dailian.Shenyang. Siping, Zhangchun, Chaoyang, Beijing, Shanghai Shijiazhuang of China from 1991～1993,and the effect of the intervention on blood Pressure and biochemical target were studied in strokeprone patients at the age of over 40. The findings of the experiment showed that the levels of blood pressure. blood sugar.cholesterol and trigyceride in the study people significantly decreased at terminal examination as compared to that baseline survey. It pointed out that controling hypertemsion. hyperglycemia and hyperlipenia in people has important hygieology meanings in preventing stroke.
