摘  要:昆明小鼠右后脚垫或右大腿外侧皮下接种肝癌腹水,随机分组。光动力治疗(PDT)组,接种瘤细胞后第6无尾静脉注入磺化铝酞菁(ALSPc)10~20mg/kg,24小时后肿瘤部位照红光。热疗组,大腿部肿瘤用微波热疗(42.5℃、20分钟)或脚垫部肿瘤浸入恒温水浴内(44℃、25分钟)。合并治疗组,先行PDT治疗,10分钟后进行热疗。单独热疗或单独PDT治疗,小鼠肿瘤受到明显抑制,4O天内有50%左右肿瘤消退。合并治疗组对肿瘤的抑制更为显著,第20天和第40天的肿痛消退率分别比单纯热疗组和单纯PDT组高,统计上差异显著。scitic hepatoma cells were inoculated subcutaneously in external side of the right hindleg or the footpad of the right hindleg in Kunming mice. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) group: Mice were injected with alu-minum sulfonated phthalocyanine (ALSPc) in the tail vein on the 6th day after inoculation. 24 hours later the tumor site was irradiated by microwave (42. 5℃ for 20 min), tumors in the footpad were immersed in water bath (44℃ for 25 min). The combined group (PDT+hyperthermia): Tumors were treated by PDT, and within 10 min. by heat。 Tumors were markedly inhibited by PDT or hyperthermia, about 5O% tumors re-gressed on 40th day after inoculation. There was much more inhibition and higher regression rate in the com-bined groap, indicating that there is an obvious synergism between PDT and hyperthermia.
