海门市32个乡镇25年肝癌死亡率动态分析

摘　　要：本文报导了海门市１９６８～１９９２年肝癌的流行趋势与死亡率分布特征。１９９２年男性肝癌死亡率、标化死亡率分别为１００．８６／１０万与６５．００／１０万，死亡率东部、南部明显高于西部与北部，上下限值落差度为３．５：１，各乡镇肝癌死亡率同步增长；并讨论了肝癌流行的背景因素与防治研究模式。his article reports the epidemic trend and analyses thecharacter of mortality rate for liver cancer form 1968 to 1992in Haimen city。 In 1992.the mortality rate of the male and thestandardized death rate were 100.86/100000 and 65.00/100000.The mortality rate in the east and south area weremuch higher than the west and north.The ratio of the highand low limit was 3.5:1.The mortality of liver cancer wasincreased simultaneous in each township。The article also dis-cuss background factor of liver cancer epidemic and studymould of prevention and cure。
