敌克鼠药防治农村褐家鼠试验初报

摘　　要：本试验在江苏省江宁县一个农村进行。用鼠夹法测定施药前后鼠密度，计算灭鼠效果。鼠药与基饵（大米）用量之比为１：６６，敌克鼠药（甘氟＋诱鼠剂）防治褐家鼠的效果为９５．２８％，比甘氟原药的效果高８％。This experiment was made in the countryside of Jiangning county,Jiangsu province.Snap-trap was used to determine the rat(Rattus norvigicus)density before and after treatment and the efficacy of the dick rodenticide was calculated with them.The ratio of the rodenticide to posion bait was 1:66.The results showed that the efficacy(%)of Dick rodenticide(gliftor+attractant)was 95.28%,being 8% more than that with unprocessed gliftor.
