敌克鼠药诱杀褐家鼠试验初报

摘　　要：本试验在南京市和江宁县进行。试验认为，敌克鼠药（甘氟＋引诱剂）对褐家鼠有明显的诱杀作用。引诱捕鼠率比对照高２０．２６％，比药剂（甘氟）对照高６０％以上；敌克鼠药毒饵引诱摄食系数值大，达１．９５；２ｈ在３５ｈａ麦田内诱杀褐家鼠３１９只之多。This experiment was made in the countryside of Jiangning county and Nangjing City,The Decoy rodenticide(glyftor+attractanth) as a prominent luring effect on the rat(Rattus norvegicus).The capture rate of Decoy was 20.26% higher than that of blank test,and was 60% or more higher than that of glyftor treatment.The ingestive coefficient of the attractant(the consumption of the contrast food divide by that of the bait) reached 1.95:The Decoy rodenticide could attract and kill three hundred and nineteen rats(Rattus norvegicus) within two hours in a 35 ha wheat field.
