摘　　要：采用国家标准和国际先进方法，对全国２５个省（区）、市提供的２万多份小麦种质资源材料进行了蛋白质、赖氨酸、沉淀值、硬度等项目的分析鉴定。基本上摸清了我国小麦种质资源的品质特性，发现了一批珍贵优质资源，明确了小麦品质的地理差异，为我国小麦品质育种和基因工程提供了重要物质基础，为建立我国优质小麦生产基地提供科学依据。Protein lysine, grain hardness and flour sedimentation value in excess of 20000 samples of different wheat germplasm materials from 25 provinces and grown in different in China were determined by adopting standard and advanced methods. The results showed up the present distributed situation and geographic difference of quality characters of wheat germplasm resources in our country, from which large numbers of excellent germplasms were discovered. It is much significant for quality breeding & gene recombination and establishing wheat productive base areas of high quality.
