福建省近年首次检出沙门氏菌血清型(变种)型别分布

摘　　要：本文报道福建省近年来首次检出国内和省内尚未报道的31个血清型(变种)沙门氏菌型别分布。31个血清型(变种)沙门氏菌分属于3个DNA同源群,14个抗原群(亚群),其中DNA同源群123个型,Ⅲ~a1个型,Ⅲ~b7个型,A—F群18个型,非A—F群13个型。有6个型(变种)为国内首次检出,并发现一株带有不耐热表面K抗原的沙门氏菌Ⅲ~b(48∶a∶Z^(55))。本文结果表明:重视DNA同源群I以外及非A—F群沙门氏菌的检验及监测,对搞好沙门氏菌诊断与调查工作具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。This article reported distribution of 31 serotypes (Var. ) of Salmonella discovered for the first time in recent years in Fujian Province. 31 serotypes (Var. ) of Salmonella belonged to 3 DNA homologue groups and 14 antigen groups; there were 23 serotypes in homologue group I,1 serotype in homologue group (Ⅲ)a, 7 serotypes in homologue group(Ⅲ)b and there were 18 serotypes in group A-F, 13 serotypes in Non-group A-F. 6 of the 31 serotypes (Var. ) and a strain of Salmonella (Ⅲ) b (48: a: Z55) with heat-labile K antigen were discovered in China for the first time. Our result proves that paying attention to detecting of Non-DNA homologue group I and Non-group A-F of Salmonella has important theoretical and realistic significance in diagnosing and investigating diseases caused by Salmonella.
