麦地那龙线虫病在我国首次发现

摘　　要：从安徽阜阳农村一位12岁男性儿童的左则腹壁脓肿内检获1条雌性虫体标本,其大小为166.0×1.3mm,从虫体子宫内检出大量的尾部细长的幼虫,幼虫大小平均为636.0×18.9um。虫体经形态学和切片观察,证实是一条雌性麦地那龙线虫成虫。这是我国首次发现麦地那龙线虫感染人体病例。Dracunculus medinensis was discovered from a 12 year-old boy residing in fuyang of Anhui province. An adult female worm was removed from an abscess in the subcutaneous tissue on his left abdomon. The worm was measured in 166. 0×1. 3mm. The uterus of the worm contained numerous first stage larvae, with its size 636. 0×18. 9μm. The worm' s morphology and that of the larvae found in its uterus revealed that the parasite was Dra-cunculus medinensis. This was the first human case of dracunculiasis acquired in China.
