摘　　要：本文报告１９９４年３月在本市一所山区中学发生的流行性癔病２０例，患者均为女性。以短暂阵发性胸闷、心悸、呼吸紧促。四肢发麻、双下肢无力、昏倒为发作形式。指出患者的发病与生活环境、性别、性格特征、学习负担重、测验频繁、夜间睡眠不足及精神紧张等因素有关，与不良暗示尤为密切。In this article, the epidemic hysteria occurred in a middle school is presented. All of the 20 cases were female. The main symptoms were transient spasmodic tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, palpitations numbness of the extremities and weakness in legs, swoon and so on. It was implicated that the incidence of the hysteria was related to quite a few factors, such as the circumstances, sex, the feature of disposition, lack of sleep and being nervous, especially a bad hint.
