几株高效苏云金杆菌菌株对玉米螟、棉铃虫、粘虫和黄地老虎的毒力测定

摘　　要：本文以玉米螟、棉铃虫、粘虫和黄地老虎为供试昆虫，对筛选出的７株高效苏云金杆菌菌株的孢晶制剂进行了毒力测定。以ＬＣ５０为衡量各菌株的毒效指标，属血清型Ｈ６的“Ｇ０２”菌株对上述４种供试昆虫的毒力最高，属血清型Ｈ３ａ３ｂ的“８０－１”菌株对棉铃虫和粘虫的毒力也高于“ＨＤ－１”菌株。The toxicities of spore crystal preparations of seven selected highly effec tive strains of Bacillus thuringiensis to Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee, Helicoverpa armigera Hubner, Mythimna separata Walker and Euxoa seg etum Schiffermüller were tested by using standard bioassay techniques. Acco rding to the results of LC 50 of the strains, the GO2 strain which belong to serotype H 6 was the most effective to the four tested insects mentio ned above, while 80 1 strain which belong to serotype H 3ab was better t han HD 1 strain to Helicoverpa armigera and Mythimna separata . This results provided the basis to produce highly effective preparations of Bacill us thuringiensis .
