摘  要:本文测定了农抗120中组份A’对水稻纹枯病菌、棉花立枯病菌、棉花枯萎病菌和苹果树腐烂病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:农抗120A’对水稻纹枯病菌和棉花立枯病菌有强烈的抑制作用,其最低抑菌浓度均为0.25μg/mL,24/小时抑菌率达50%的抑菌浓度分别为1.0μg/mL和2.5μg/mL,且抑菌强度与120A’浓度成正比。120A’对水稻纹枯病菌和棉花立枯病菌的影响在形态上表现不同,受抑制的棉花立枯病菌可见明显的菌丝顶端消解,原生质体溢出现象,而受抑制的水稻纹枯病菌则表现为菌丝长度的明显变短。农抗120A’对棉花枯萎病菌和苹果树腐烂病菌的抑制较弱,但20μg/mL亦可使抑菌率达20%以上。The fungistatic action of the agricultural antibiotic 120A', an important liposoluble component of AA120, on four pathogenic fungi have been studied with the plate culture method. The results showed that AA120A' had strong fungistatic antibiotic actions on Pellicularia sasakii and Rhizoctonia solani. Both the MIC of AA120 applied on them that were 0. 25μg/ml, and the strength of the inhibition on their growth was directly correlated to the concentrations of AA120A'. It was found that there were different morphological changes with P. sasakii and R. solani. The inhibited hypha wall at tip of R. solani broke and protoplasm leaked out, while the inhibited hypha cell of P. sasakii became obviously shortened. It was also observed that AA120A' had weaker fungistatic actions against Valsa mali and Fusarium vasinfectum than either P. sasakii or R. solani.
