摘  要:经无细胞百白破(APDT)或全细胞百白破疫苗(WPDT)基础免疫的儿童,一年后分三个组,进行加强免疫,观察其安全性和有效性。结果表明:APDT组和W.APDT组的局部和全身反应低于WPDT组,而且差异显著(P<0.05);抗-PT和抗-FHA的水平明显高于WPDT组(P<0.01)。加强免疫后抗体增长的程度与基础免疫所用疫苗类型无关。三个试验组皆能产生高滴度的白喉和破伤风抗体。The children who received acellular DPT (APDT) one year ago were adminis-tered with a booster of APDT (group 1), howrver, those who received whole cell DPT(WPDT) were divided into 2 groups and a booster injection were given with APDT (group2) and WPDT (group 3) respectively. Then the safety and immunogencity of the 3 groupswere observed. The result showed that the local and systemic reaction rates, as well as anti-PT and anti-FHA levels of group 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those of group 3.There was no correlation between the anti - PT and anti - FHA increasing levels and thesorts of vaccines used of the primary immunization. For diphtheria and tetans, high antibodytiters were observed in all the 3 groups.
