手术结合联合化疗治疗卵巢内胚窦瘤21例分析

摘　　要：从1985年6月至1988年12月,我院以5—FU、AT1258、DDP 化疗与手术相结合治疗单纯性卵巢内胚窦瘤21例。其中Ⅰ期4例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期4期,复发癌11例。2年及5年存活率早期(Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期)为100%及83.3%,晚期(Ⅲ期及复发癌)为30%及20%。此结果与经典的 VAC 方案相似。主要毒性反应为恶心呕吐、食欲下降。此方案可用于单纯性卵巢内胚窦瘤的第一线化疗。Objective:To evaluate the new chemotherapeutic protocol other than VAC and PVB for the patients with endodermal sinus tumor of ovary.This paper an- alyzed the results of a group of patients.Design:21 pa- tients were treated by combination of cytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy consisting of 5-FU, AT1258 and DDP.According to the FIGO classifica- tion,there were 4 cases who were in stage Ⅰ,stage 2,stage Ⅲ 4,and recurrent tumor 11 in this group. Results:The 2 and 5 year's survival rate for stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients were 100% and 83.3% respectively while 33.3% and 26.7% for the stage Ⅲ and recur- rent patients.Coclusion:We concluded that the results of combination of surgery with DDP,5-FU and AT1258 chemoprotocol is similiar to that of the con- ventional chemoprotocol such as VAC and can he a good alternative of the first line chemoregimen for o- varian endodermal sinus tumor.
