大肠癌术前动脉灌注化疗的临床应用（附50例报告）

摘　　要：为探讨大肠癌术前动脉灌注化疗（ＰＡＩＣ）的临床价值，作者对本院同期手术治疗的８０例大肠癌进行了研究，根据术前是否采用ＰＡＩＣ分为两组，Ａ组５０例术前动脉灌注化疗，Ｂ组３０例单纯手术为对照组、结果显示，ＰＡＩＣ后病人临床症状明显改善，血清中ＣＥＡ水平降低，而肝肾功能无影响，免疫系统功能未见抑制。切除标本作组织学及超微结构方面的观察，两组比较，Ａ组病灶有明显改变和破坏。文章就大肠癌术前动脉灌注化疗的临床应用价值进行了讨论。0 patients with colorectal cancer received surgicalresection were studied in order to invesgate the clinicalvalue of preoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy (PAIC) on colorectal cancer. The patients were divided into group A, PAIC group (n=50), and groupB, control group (n= 30) according to whether the patients received PAIC or not. The results showed thatPAIC obviously improved the patient,s symptom anddecreased serum CEA without influence on hepatic,renal and immune function. Notable damage was observed in the resected sample of PAIC group by microscope and ultramicrosope compared with controlgroup. Clinical applied value of preoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy on colorectal cancer wasdiscussed.
