特效生茸宝对梅花鹿某些生理生化指标及鹿茸氨基酸含量的影响

摘　　要：特效生茸宝系由多种中西药物组成的复方药物添加剂，具有明显的促进鹿茸生长的效果。为了进一步研究其促鹿茸生长机理及对鹿茸品质的影响，按日量３０ｇ／头，添加于鹿精料中，连喂７０ｄ。采集锯茸时茸基部流出的血液和锯下的鹿茸，分别测定了某些血液生理生化指标和鹿茸氨基酸含量。结果，饲喂特效生茸宝的鹿，血液红细胞数、Ｈｂ、血清总蛋白量均增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＡＫＰ活性增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），鹿茸中氨基酸含量增高。由此表明，特效生茸宝能有效地促进鹿的造血功能，增强机体代谢，从而促进了鹿茸的生长，同时也使鹿茸的质量得到了提高。Texiaozengrongbao(TXZRB),a compound medical additive made fromvarious Chinese herbal and West medicines,was used to stimulating antler growth in si-ka deer.In order to research its mechanisms of stimulating antler growth and improvingantler quality,the experimental sika deer fed on the basic ration containing TXZRB at adaily dose of 30 g/head for 70 days.Thereafter,the physiological and biochemical inde-ces of the bleeding blood during antler-cutting and the amino acid contents of antlerwere determined.The experimental results showed :the serum estradiol and testos-terone contents,RBC count, Hb,total serum proteins(P<0.05)and AKP activity(P <0.01)of all the TXZRB-fed deer increased and amino acid contents of antlers cut from them also augmented.It was concluded that the effects of TXZRB on antler growth and its quality may be attributable to the promotion of hematopoiesis function and metabolism of antler.
