淋球菌的营养分型及质粒的生态分布

摘  要:淋球菌营养型及质粒类型是其重要的生物表型。我们对93~94年度在长春地区分离的98株淋球菌,进行了营养型分布,质粒微生态分布的实验研究,结果,属于原养型(Wt)38株,占38.7%;AHU-型34株,占34,7%;Pro-型17株,占17.4%;Ser-型6株,占6.12%;lle-型3株,占3.1%,未见PAV-型。所有菌株中,共检出四种类型的质粒,其分子量分别为2.6Md,4.5Md,24.5Md和25.2Md,其检出频率分别为95.6%,28.6%,55.1%和2.1%。Since 1993 to 1994 total ninety-eight strains of N. gonorrhocae (gonococci)had been isolated from patients with gonorrhoeae in venereal outdepartment ofChangchun city.A fter systemic identification, epidemiologic investigation includingtrophotyping plasmid pattern, were found 38 autotroph(38.7%),34 AHU auxotroph(34.7%),17 Pro auxotroph(17.4%),6 Ser(6. 12%)and 3 He auxotroph in the 98strains of gonococci None PCU auxotrophic strain was found.The results of determination of plasmid molecular weight(MW)showed thatthere were four patterns of plasmid MW indeternined 98 strains.It was 2.6Md,4.5Md,24. 5Md and 25. 2Md respectively。 Their detecting frequency from 98 strains was95.6%,28.6%,55.1% and 2.1%respectively.
