综合评价中指标值标准化方法的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过全国部分省、市54所2级医院的统计资料,揭示了医院评价指标值大部分呈非正态分布这一现象,分析了造成这一现象的原因。对目前常用的评价指标值标准化方法进行了分析与比较,认为"百分位次法"较优。对经"百分位次法"标化后的标化值在[0,100]上呈均匀分布、各医院的标化值乘以相应权重后的累加值呈正态分布给予了证明,这为综合评价模型 A=sum from k=1 to n W_kx_k 的建立、为用正态分布的原理与方法去分析综合结果提供了理论依据。This paper,based on the statistical materials from 54 hos- pitals in our country,reveals the fact that many original evalu- ating indexes are non-normal distribution and analyses the rea- sons above fact.In addition,by comparing the methods of standardization for original evaluating indexes,the'Percentile Position'is considered perfect than others.At last,it is proved that standardized evaluating indexes present even distribution within [0,100]and the sums of weighted standardized indexes present nomal distribution.This provides a theoretical basis for constructing the evaluating model A=some from to k=1 to n W_k X_k and analysing the evaluating result by means of principle of normal distribution.
