外周血淋巴细胞染色体随体联合与脑肿瘤间关系的临床研究

摘　　要：本文对20例星形细胞瘤,12例脑膜瘤患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体随体联合值进行了分析,肿瘤患者的随体联合数分别为164.95和174.68,明显高于正常对照组的132.4,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。肿瘤患者随体联合数的升高主要是D组和G组染色体普遍性参与联合的频数增加所致。文章对星形细胞瘤和脑膜瘤患者随体联合值增高的意义,以及与脑膜瘤细胞22号染色体丢失的可能性关系进行了讨论。作者认为:随体联合值的增高可能是脑肿瘤发生的因素之一,它的测定可作为人群肿瘤险情监测指标。Satellite association (SA) of peripheral lymphocytes' chromosomes were analysed in 32 cases of brain tumor. There were twenty patients with astrocytoma and twelve with meningioma. The value of two groups were 164.95 and 174.58 respectively. All were beyond the values of normal contral (132.4) . Difference was very remarkly (P<0.01) .It might be due to general increment of the D and G groups' chromosenmes involving SA.Significance of increment of SA in astrocytoma or meningioma, the relationship between SA and loss of 22# chromosome in meningioma's cells are discussed. Author suggests the increment of SA may be one of factors resulting in brain tumors. It may be used a for tumor detection in population.
