摘　　要：报道了抗胰腺炎药加贝酯的合成方法，并对酰氯酯化法和二环己基碳二亚胺（ＤＣＣ）酯缩合法两条不同合成路线进行了比较，对中间体的制备、工艺改进和解决环境污染等问题进行了研究。Gabexate mesilate,a drug for treatment of pancreatitis was prepared.The two synthetic routes, the acid chloride method and DCC method were contrasted. The preparation of the intermediates,the improvement of the process and the solution of pollution were also reported in this paper.
