菊淀粉型低聚糖类的~1HNMR及^（13）CNMR研究

摘　　要：本文应用二量子滤波１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ，１Ｈ－１３ＣＣＯＳＹ及远程１Ｈ－１３ＣＣＯＳＹ等二维核磁共振技术，结合与类似物的化学位移值比较，分析归属了菊淀粉型低聚糖（１～４）的１ＨＮＭＲ及１３ＣＮＭＲ信号。The 1H-and 13C-NMR spectra of inulin-type oligosaccharides,O-β-D-fructofuranosyl[(2→1)-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl]2 α-D-glucopyranoside (1),O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-[(2→1)-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl]3 α-D-glucopyranoside (2),O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-[(2→1)-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl]4 α-D-glucopyranoside (3), and O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-[(2→1)-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl]5 α-D-glucopyranoside(4),were analyzed by the use of 2D NMR techniques,DQF 1H-1H COSY,1H-13C and long-range 1H-13C COSY,and/or by the comparison of the data with each other. All of the signals were assigned and characteristic signal patterns for the oligosaccharides were summarized
