平阳霉素治疗草莓状和混合性血管瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报道平阳霉素注射治疗草莓状和混合性血管瘤１１８例，治愈和基本治愈率为８３．９％，总有效率达１００％。本法疗程短，疗效满意。文章介绍了治疗方法，复习了血管瘤分类，讨论了平阳霉素治疗的作用机理、优点、反应和防治发热等措施。认为平阳霉素治疗草莓状和混合性血管瘤，是一种安全、可靠、简便易行的有效方法。In this article,118 cases of strawgerry-like and mixed hemangioma were treated with the injection of pingyangmycin. The curative rate was about 83.9%,and the total curative rate was 100%. The course of the treatment was comparatively short and the results were satisfied.As a result,the treatment of strawberrylike and mixed hemangioma with pingyangmycin was considered to be a safe, realiable, easy and effective method.
