摘  要:利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对中国西南地区12种当归属植物的叶表皮微形态(如气孔器类型、表皮细胞与气孔形状、气孔纹饰及细胞角质膜特征等)进行了观察,测量并统计气孔长度和气孔指数.研究结果表明当归属植物叶表皮微形态特征在种间存在较大的差异,但表皮细胞形状、气孔分布情况、气孔类型和细胞角质膜特征等是本属植物较为稳定的演化特征,可以作为物种分类与鉴别的依据.最后根据叶表皮微形态特征列出了12种当归属植物的分种检索表.The leaf epidermal morphology of 12 species of Angelica in Southwest China were observed under light microscopy (LM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The micro-morphological characters, such as stomata type,shape of cells and stomata,ornamentation of stomata and cuticular membrane, were investigated.The indices and lengths of stomata were measured.The results indicated that the micro-morphological characters were variant among Angelica species,but several characters were species-specific and could be used for distinguishing these species.In conclusion,the leaf micro-morphological characters showed great significance in systematics of Angelica species.In addition,a dichotomous key based on the micro-morphological characters of leaf epidermis was compiled in this paper.
