摘　　要：当前,复合型医学人才培养已经成为高等医学教育的主流.为了把握社会发展的'脉搏',我国医学院校有必要探索一条复合型医学人才培养的新路.本文分析了在医学院校本科生中试行'医学士+X(bachelor of medicine+X,MB+X)'人才培养计划的必要性和可行性,并提出了实施该计划的建议.At present,the cultivation of compound medical talents has become the mainstream of higher medical eduction.In order to grasp the pulse of social development,a new way for the cultivation of compound medical talents need to be explored in medical schools.In this paper,authors analysed the necessity and feasibility of trying the'bachelor of medicine+X(MB+X)'program in undergraduate students of medical schools,and put some suggestion for implementing the program.
