摘　　要：本文阐述了济宁医学院构建的卫生检验专业创新型人才培养体系,具体包括四个方面的内容:凸显专业特色和个性化培养的创新教学内容和课程体系;旨在培养动手操作能力和分析解决问题能力的创新实验教学体系;力图提高学生理论与实践结合能力的后期实践教学体系;具有浓郁创新色彩的课外创新活动和社会实践体系.In order to foster the healthy inspection professional's innovative ability,Jining Medical University constructs the innovation personnel training system of healthy inspection major.It includes four aspects:innovation course content and the curriculum system which highlights the characteristic and the personalized raise hygienic examination;Innovation experiment teaching system which is for the purpose of fostering abilities of experimental performance,operation and problem analysis and solving;Innovation latter practice teaching system which improves abilities to combine theory and practice;Extracurricular innovative activities and the social practice system which has the rich innovation color.This article has made the summary and the elaboration separately.
