摘 要:目的探讨轻体力工作群体代谢综合征(metabolism Syndrome,MS)与膳食因素的相关性。方法采用逐步引入法Logistic回归分析某群体757例MS发生率与膳食习惯、自我控制意识等因素的相关性。结果 MS总发生率26.16%(198例),其中食盐量、饮酒量、主食量、食肉类量与MS呈正相关(P<0.01),是引起MS的危险性因素;节制饮食、蔬菜量和饮食调配因素与MS呈负相关(P<0.01),为保护性因素。结论偏咸、常饮酒、主食超量、喜食肉类易导致MS,多食蔬菜和食堂就餐者患MS机会较少。MS发生与膳食习惯有显著相关性,控制不良的膳食习惯,可有效预防MS。Objective To investigate the relationship between dietary factors and metabolism syndrome in the population of low-grade labor intensity.Methods 757 subjects were recruited from a certain population at random.The relationships between the incidence of the metabolism syndrome,dietary habits and self-control consciousness were analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis. Results The incidence of metabolism syndrome totalled 26.16%(198 cases).Salt,alcohol,staple food and meat eating were positively related to the metabolism syndrome(P<0.01),which was the risk factor of the disease.Self-control consciousness, vegetable intake and dietary arrangement were negatively related to the syndrome(P<0.01),which was the protective factor.Conclusions High-salt,drinking,excess staple food,meat preference may result in the increase of the metabolism syndrome,while adequate vegetable consumption,canteen meals may reduce the risk.The incidence of the metabolism syndrome is associated with the dietary habit,indicating that kicking the unhealthy habit can effectively prevent the metabolism syndrome.
