精神分裂症与抑郁症患者探究性眼动与事件相关电位分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨精神分裂症及抑郁症患者的探究性眼动(EEM)和事件相关电位(ERP)的不同特征.方法 对50例精神分裂症及48例抑郁症患者治疗前后分别进行了EEM和ERP测定,并将结果与正常对照组加以比较.结果 精神分裂症组患者EEM和ERP测定的异常率分别为96%(48/50)和92%(46/50),而抑郁症组患者EEM和ERP测定的异常率为87.5%(42/48)和83.3%(40/48),两组EEM和ERP测定的异常率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.172和2.360,P=0.191和0.124);精神分裂症和抑郁症组EEM测定凝视点(NEF)及反应探索评分(RSS)值较对照组减少,D值增加,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两病例组相比,EEM各指标测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);精神分裂症和抑郁症组ERP测定N2及P3波潜伏期较对照组延长,P3波幅降低,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两病例组相比,ERP测定N2及P3波测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 EEM和ERP测定可作为精神分裂症和抑郁症患者诊断指标应用于临床.Objective To explore the different feature on exploratory eye movement(EEM) and event-related potentials(ERP) with schizophrenia and depression Patients.Methods EEM and ERP test were used for fifty schizophrenia and forty-eight depression patients,and the results were compared with the normal healthy peoples.Results The abnormal rate of EEM and ERP test with schizophrenia group were 96%(48/50) and 92%(46/50), and the abnormal rate of EEM and ERP test with depression group were 87.5%(42/48) and 83.3% (40/48). The abnormal rate of EEM and ERP with the two groups have no significant difference (χ2=1.172, 2.360, P=0.191, 0.124). The number of eye fixation (NEF) and the responsive search score (RSS) of schizophrenia and depression group were significant lower and the scores of discriminant (D) were significant higher than those with the normal control group (P<0.01), and the indexes of EEM have a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The latency of N2 and P3 of ERP and the amplitude of P3 were significant longer and lowwer than those with the normal control group (P<0.01), and the indexes of N2 and P3 of ERP had significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusions EEM and ERP test can be used the diadynamic criteriaes for clinic with schizophrenia and depression patients.
