摘  要:为满足建筑功能多样化的要求,苏州唯亭科技创业基地工程地上11层,4~5层之间采用27 m跨9 m高叠层空腹桁架转换结构体系来承托上部结构。从工程实例着手,研究了空腹桁架转换结构的结构特性、受力性能、整体分析、转换层楼板的要求,详细介绍了型钢混凝土转换桁架的构件和节点设计,讨论了该种转换结构的设计原则,可为相关的工程设计提供参考。To meet the requirement of diverse architectural utilizations,laminated vierendeel truss transfer structural system has been applied in Suzhou Weiting Base of Technology Start-ups.The building is 11 stories high,in which the transfer structure is located in the 4th^5th story.The laminated vierendeel truss which is adopted as a transfer structure,is 27 meters long and 9 meters high.Vierendeel truss has great vertical stiffness and favorable bearing capacity.The material of the truss is SRC,which has superior bearing capacity and seismic behavior.According to the practical engineering,the issures including the structural characteristic,bearing performance,and the requirement of the transfer floor,were analyzed.The component,constructional details,joint of the SRC transfer truss were introduced,and the design principle of the structure was discussed.It can be used as a valuable reference for the design of similar structures.
