摘  要:在简要介绍外滩通道工程和沿线历史建筑的基础上,选取四幢代表性历史建筑,给出其检测监测方案,分析了外滩通道施工引起相邻房屋的附加沉降、倾斜和损伤。监测结果表明,外滩通道施工期间,各房屋沉降较倾斜和损伤更为敏感,房屋沉降具有"缓慢波动—加速变形—趋于稳定"三阶段特征,且均存在显著的差异沉降。为此,建议相邻工程施工影响监测时应以沉降为主、倾斜和损伤为辅,监测频率应根据施工工艺和进度调整,在关注累积沉降量和沉降速率的同时应注意房屋的不均匀沉降。The Bund tunnel project in Shanghai and its adjacent historic buildings were briefly introduced.Architectural and structural information for four representative historic buildings were given with their monitoring scheme during the construction of Bund tunnel project.It was found through analysis of monitoring data that the construction of Bund tunnel has a more significant impact on ground settlement than vertical inclination and structural damage,so that more emphasis should be put on the monitoring of ground settlement during adjacent construction.The monitored ground settlement had a three-phase feature and a siginificant uneven settlement existed,beginning with minor change,then followed by accelerated deformation,and ended with steady phase.Therefore,the monitoring frequency was proposed to be time-dependent on construction process,and the same attention should be paid to uneven settlement as the accumulated settlement and the rate of the settlement.
