摘  要:本文用微波消解法消解样品,加入(NH4)H2PO4基体改进剂消除干扰,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)测定茶叶中的镉含量。显著性检验表明该方法准确可靠。方法检出限为0.52 ng/mL。相对标准偏差0.6%(n=7),回收率为92.4%~106.5%。Cadmium in Tea were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were digested by microwave with(NH4) H2PO4 as the modifier to eliminate the matrix interference.The result by means of significance test proved that analysis method was accurate and reliable.The relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.6%(n=11),and the recoveries were in the range of 92.4%~106.5%.and the detection limits were 0.52 ng/mL.
