军事飞行人员主观幸福感及其影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨军事飞行人员主观幸福感及其影响因素。方法应用总体幸福感量表(GW B)对268名军事飞行人员总体幸福感状况及影响因素进行研究,并对"对生活的满足和兴趣"因子进行了重点分析。结果 268人GW B得分平均89.02分,平均分较常模高14分,年龄因素对军事飞行人员GW B得分差异没有统计学意义,飞行时间对其GW B得分差异存在显著影响。因子"对生活的满足和兴趣"与健康、领导关系、上级关怀、家人关怀、家庭氛围、战友关系、对入党、立功的看法和居住条件存在显著相关性。个人根据八个影响因素情况,可以分为三个主成分,解释率为69%。它们分别为:(1)因素一:人际距离(领导关系,家人关系,上级关怀,家人关怀,居住条件)。(2)因素二:激励(立功,入党)以及健康的影响。结论军事飞行人员总体幸福感程度较高,与年龄因素无关,与飞行时间呈显著相关,与飞行人员在部队的人际氛围和对待荣誉的看法等相关。Objective To explore the fighter pilots subjective well-being and its influencing factors.Methods General well-being schedule(GWB)(by Duan Jianhua,1996 revision) was used to the study of 268 fighter pilots' general well-being(mainly 'satisfaction and interest of life' factor).Results The 268 pilots' overall average of happiness was 89.02 points,14 points higher than norm's.The difference in age for military flight personnel GWB scoring was not statistically significant,but that in flight time for GWB scoring was significant.Factor of 'life satisfaction and interest' was significantly correlated with health,relationship,superior leaders' concern,family care and family atmosphere,comrades-in-arms relationship,attitude to join the Party and win a merit,and living condition.According to the eight factors affecting the individual,there existed three principal components(explaining rate 69%),i.e.interpersonal distance(leading factor,family relation,family care and concern,living condition),encouragement(winning a merit and joining the communist party) and health.Conclusion Military flight personnel possess high degree of general well-being,which is correlated with flight time,human atmosphere and attitude to honors.
