摘  要:通过合理的简化和假设,经计算指出:在常压固定床煤气发生炉气化反应过程中,碳与氧的氧化反应、水煤气反应和CO还原反应各消耗总用煤量的33.2%、47.5%和16.0%,随灰渣排出炉外的煤占总用煤量的3.3%。饱和温度控制的不同,则各反应的反应强度不同,煤气中H2、CO及CO2组分比例不同,各反应层煤炭消耗的比例也略有不同;氧化反应放热量的56.92%用于水煤气反应和CO还原反应,其余43.08%为反应余热,气化用煤气化反应活性越强,消耗的反应余热越少。According to reasonable simplification and assumptions,it calculated that:in the process of gasification,oxidation of carbon and oxygen,water gas reaction and CO reduction reaction would consume 33.2%,47.5% and 16.0% of coal in the total coal consumption.The coal which outside with the ash ranked takes up 3.3% of the total coal consumption.According to the different saturated temperature control,the intensity of each reaction will be different.Different components proportion of the H2,CO and CO2 in gas will have different proportion of coal consumption in the reaction layer.The 56.92% heat released by oxidation was used for the water-gas reaction and CO reduction reaction.The 43.08% heat was waste heat of reaction.The more intense gasification reactivity,the less waste heat will be consumed.
