一种人大脑半球外表面图像平面展开的新方法

摘　　要：目的:寻求一种人大脑半球外表面图像平面展开的新方法,以便更好地研究人大脑半球脑回形态及其变化规律。方法:取25例人大脑标本,把人大脑半球外表面按经、纬度定义好后,用照相机先从同一纬度不同经度拍摄一周,再变换下一纬度不同经度拍摄一周,如此按纬度高低依次拍摄全脑的外表面,每个大脑拍摄得到300多张照片,然后采用专业图像处理软件(Photoshop)把这些照片以经、纬度坐标为基准进行拼接。结果:拼接得到一张人大脑半球外表面图像的平面展开图,平面图示脑沟回境界清晰、比邻皮质形态和比例与原标本相同。结论:这是一种可行的人大脑半球外表面图像的平面展开方法,它便于对大脑半球皮质形态和差异性做对比研究,并为研究脑皮层形态变化规律提供了一种新的方法。Objective:The purpose of this complex and arduous work is to seek a way to shape trend of brain gyrus and characteristics of brain cortex.A practical scheme is to expand the brain hemispheres to plane map,which can show the whole trend of shape changing of brain gyrus pictorially.Methods:Firstly,the longitude and latitude in brain hemispheres were defined.Secondly,more than 300 photos in different level and angle were taken.Thirdly,according to the differential method,to expand the brain hemisphere to plane map was done by professional software(photoshop).Results:We can show the whole trend of shape changing of brain gyrus pictorially in a map.Conclusion:This scheme can show the construction of brain cortex and the whole trend of shape changing of brain gyrus vividly.It is convenient for studying the discrepancy of brain cortex and identifying the position and change of brain gyrus.In a ward,this scheme proves a new method in the field brain studying.
