摘  要:目前,在各种评定桥梁结构状态的方法中,荷载试验仍然是较为直接的方法,比较香港昂船洲大桥、苏通长江大桥、武汉天兴洲长江大桥的成桥荷载试验异同点发现:香港昂船洲大桥在桥梁结构设计时就已包含健康监测系统的设计,其成桥荷载试验基于英国规范,兼有通车鉴定、为健康监测有限元模型修正提供参数、检定健康监测硬件系统等多样化的目标;内地荷载试验基于相关检测规范,主要面向于竣工验收。建议内地的荷载试验项目考虑有限元模型修正的工作,将修正后的有限元模型作为荷载试验的成果之一提交,为桥梁后续承载力评估提供连续一致的原始资料。对于确定安装健康监测系统的特大型桥梁,应使该系统对桥梁结构的全寿命周期提供连续监测,进而提高管养水平。Among all existing methods for assessment of the structural conditions of bridges,the load testing stays a more direct method.From the comparison of similarities and differences between the load testing for the completed bridges of the Stonecutters Bridge in Hong Kong and Sutong Changjiang River Bridge and Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Bridge inland,it is found that at the time the structural design of the Stonecutters Bridge is carried out,the design of health monitoring system is already included.The load testing for the completed bridge of the Stonecutters Bridge is based on the British Standard which concurrently has multiple purposes of appraisal of opening the bridge to traffic,provision of parameters for the finite element model updating of the health monitoring system and detecting of hardware system for the monitoring system.Whereas,the load testing of inland is based on the relevant testing codes and is mainly made for the purpose of handover and acceptance of the completed bridges.It is herewith proposed that the finite element model updating should be considered in the load testing of inland and the updated finite element models should be submitted as part of the results of the load testing in order to provide the initial data that will be continuous and consistent with the late load-carrying capacity assessment of the bridges.For the bridges determined to be equipped with the health monitoring systems,the systems should be made to provide the continuous monitoring for the bridge structures in their life cycles and hence to improve the management and maintenance of the structures.
