摘　　要：目的:探讨覆膜支架介入治疗危重Standford B型主动脉夹层的方法、临床效果及并发症。方法:回顾性总结、分析19例应用覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗Standford B型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。结果:1例因支架入路过于迂曲放置不成功,18例成功置入腔内覆膜支架(其中5例发生内漏),平均随访12个月,临床效果较好,无死亡病例。结论:覆膜支架治疗危重主动脉夹层创伤小、成功率高,临床效果好;术中根据内膜实际受累的范围锚定支架位置对于提高疗效,减少并发症具有重要意义。Objective: To explore the therapeutic method,effect and complications of endovascular grafts exclusion in treating severe Standford type B aortic dissection Methods: The data of 19 cases of Standford type B aortic dissection who had treated with endovascular grafts exclusion were collected and analysed retrospectively.Results: Eighteen cases were successfully performed endovascular grafts while one case failed because the approach was too bent for the pass of stent.5 cases had endovascular leaks and eighteen cases were followed up in the range of 1 month and 20 months,the average was 12 months.The results were good and none of patients died.Conclusion: Endovascular grafts exclusion has many fortes in healing severe Standford type B aortic dissection.It's very important to place graft at the exact site for inhacing curatire effect and decreasing complications.
