摘  要:采用不同偶联剂对淀粉活化改性,通过直接共混法制备淀粉/天然橡胶复合材料。研究了淀粉种类、添加量及偶联剂对复合材料的拉伸性能、硬度、耐磨性的变化规律。结果表明:改性后淀粉/天然橡胶复合材料的拉伸性能、硬度、耐磨性明显增加,而改性后木薯淀粉/天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能最佳;采用质量分数为3%的有机硼偶联剂对橡胶材料的改性效果最好。Natural rubber/straches composite materials were prepared by direct blending methods after starch was modified by different coupling agent.Tensile properties,hardness and wear resistances of composite materials were studied by various methods.It was shown that the excellent tensile properties,hardness and wear resistance of composite materials were obtained as compared with original starches/natural rubber composites.Excellent properties of modified tapioca composite materials were attained after starches were modified by organic boron coupling agent.The results showed that the most effective modification was reached when organic boron coupling agent was used 3wt%.
