摘　　要：司法精神病鉴定是司法鉴定中的一项鉴定内容,司法精神病鉴定书是诉讼证据之一。为了保障司法精神病鉴定的公正性,加强司法精神病鉴定程序的规范化建设是解决这一问题的重要途径。本文在分析司法精神病鉴定委托和受理中存在问题的基础上,提出了规范司法精神病鉴定的委托受理程序及具体措施,为强化司法精神病鉴定程序的规范化建设,提供了有利保障。Forensic Psychiatry expertise is of a certified content,forensic psychiatry expertise report is a litigation evidence,in order to guarantee the impartiality of judicial psychosis identification,strengthen the identification of the forensic psychiatry program standardization is the solution to this problem.This article in the analysis of forensic psychiatry in identification of the delegate and the problems of acceptance,Proposed specific measures of delegates considered for forensic psychiatry expertise.
