摘　　要：ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2(secretory phospholipase A2 groupⅡA,ⅡA sPLA2)是花生四稀酸代谢的关键酶。近年来研究显示,ⅡA sPLA2与消化系统肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移及预后密切相关。本文对ⅡA sPLA 2的生物学特性及其与消化系统肿瘤之间的关系做一综述,为消化系统肿瘤的临床诊治提供一个新的参考指标。Secretory phospholipase A 2 group ⅡA(ⅡA sPLA2) is a key enzyme in the metabolism of arachidonic acid.Recent studies have shown that ⅡA sPLA2 has a close relationship with the occurrence,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms.In this paper,we review the biological characteristics of ⅡA sPLA 2 and its relationship with gastrointestinal neoplasms in order to provide a new reference index for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.
