摘　　要：目的比较Hunt-HessⅢ级动脉瘤性SAH不同时机弹簧圈栓塞治疗的临床疗效。方法对68例动脉瘤性SAH入院时Hunt-HessⅢ级患者按治疗时期分为治疗组和对照组,采用χ2检验比较2组病死率和生活能力评分。结果治疗组34例,死亡2例;对照组34例,死亡8例;2组病死率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.221,P<0.05)。存活患者病后3个月Barthel指数作生活量表(ADL)评分,Ⅰ级数:治疗组27例,对照组18例;2组生活能力(ADL)Ⅰ级数差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.322,P<0.05)。结论 Hunt-HessⅢ级动脉瘤性SAH早期弹簧圈栓塞治疗可降低病死率,提高生活质量。Objective To compare the clinical effect of GDC for Hunt-Hess Ⅲ SAH of aneurysm at different stages. Methods Sixty-eight patients with Hunt-HessⅢ SAH of aneurysm on admission were divided into treatment group and control group according to treatment time. Results Treatment group of 34 patients,2 patients died. Control group of 34 patients,8 patients died(χ2=4.221,P<0.05). Three months later,survival patients were given Barthel index score,Ⅰ series:27 patients in treatment group and 18 patients in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups in the number of ADLⅠ (χ2=5.322,P<0.05). Conclusion The patients in Hunt-Hess Ⅲ SAH of aneurysm treated with GDC earlier can reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life greatly.
