试论我国城市社区活力的激发

摘　　要：社区是社会的基本单元,社区和谐是社会和谐的基础,社会活力的激发需从社区活力的激发入手。在分析中外社区论辩的基础上,尝试性地提出了社区活力的内涵,并对目前我国城市三类典型社区的活力进行了比较。从社区活力的内在要求出发,激发社区活力,一要提高基层治理水平,不断激发社区政治活力;二要完善新型社区服务体系,发展社区服务业,不断激发社区经济活力;三要加强社区文化基础设施建设,广泛开展社会主义核心价值体系宣传普及工作,不断激发社区文化活力;四要加强社区党建工作,不断提高基层党组织的战斗力。This paper discusses the meaning of community vitality tentatively on the basis of analyzing the arguments of Chinese and foreign communities,and compares the vitality of three typical communities at present.Starting from internal requirements of community vitality,stimulating the community vitality needs to improve the level of local governance to stimulate the political vitality of the community continuously,to improve the new system of community services,to strengthen the construction of community cultural infrastructure and carry out the dissemination of the socialist core value system widely to stimulate the cultural vitality of the community continuously,and to strengthen the construction of community party to improve the effectiveness of the party organizations in local community.
