晚清“陕甘分闱”事件解析及对当前高考制度中政策倾斜现象的启示

摘　　要：高考制度作为一种大规模选拔人才的制度,动辄关涉到数百万人乃至上千万人的前途和命运,高考制度中出现的任何不同等的待遇,都会引起人们的不满和指责。因此,本文针对高考制度中的政策倾斜现象,借用晚清科举史上的"陕甘分闱"事件,对这一问题进行解析和探讨,以史为鉴,进一步明晰在当前特定的社会阶段高考制度的价值诉求问题,从而为高考制度改革提供价值方面的思考。As a system of selecting talents on a large scale,the college entrance examination system is related with the future and destiny of millions of people,so any different treatment may give rise to dissatisfaction.The article,using the division of the IE between Shaanxi and Gansu in late Qing Dynasty as reference,analyses preferential policies in current college entrance examination,and points out the value pursuit of the reform of college entrance examination.
