摘  要:以绍兴市参加健身秧歌锻炼2年以上的中老年女性为研究对象,对反映机体水平的有关指标进行测定和研究,结果表明:参加健身秧歌运动的中老年女性体脂百分比下降,去脂体重增加,体力增强,心肺功能显著提高。健身秧歌对增强体质,提高机能状况和健康水平,预防心血管疾病等等都有一定的积极作用。Taking those who lived in Shaoxing and participated in Yangko for over 2 years’middle and aged women as the research object,The study was done a test on the function of the object and gave an assessment on it.The result showed that those who participated in Yangko had a lower body fat and lean body is higher,the physical ability had been improved,cardiopulmonary function had been improved Significantly.There are some effects in enhancing physical fitness,maintaining the body,improving the functional status ...
