脑血管病患者同型半胱氨酸及血脂结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑血管疾病患者的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及脂质代谢状况。方法测定脑梗死(CI)组78例,脑出血(CH)组67例的空腹Hcy、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并进行比较分析。结果脑梗死、脑出血组HCY水平均显著高于对照组。脑梗死组TG、TC、LDL水平显著高于对照组,HDL显著低于对照组;脑出血组TG水平显著高于对照组,而TC、HDL血清水平均显著低于对照组。脑梗塞组HCY、TG、TC、HDL异常率分别是40.5%、32.2%、33.4%、30.0%,脑出血组HCY、TG、TC、HDL异常率分别是34.7%、30.4%、32.6%、39.5%。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症和高脂血症是脑血管疾病的两个独立的危险因子。Objective To explore the relationship between the homocysteine/lipid level and patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The levels of fasting serum Hcy,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C were measured in groups of cerebral infarction(CI)and cerebral hemorrhage(CH).Resules The Hcy concentration was significantly higher in cerebrovascular diseases.Levels ofTG,TC,LDL in CI were significantly higher than those in the controls;Levels of TG in CH were significantly higher,but level of TC was significantly lower than those in the controls.Levels of HDL in three groups were significantly lower than those in the controls.The abnormal percentage of HCY,TG,TC,HDLin CI were 40.5%,32.2%,33.4%,30.0%,The abnormal percentage of HCY,TG,TC,HDL in CH were 34.7%,30.4%,32.6%,39.5%.Conclusion High Hcy and lipid levels in sorum are independent rist factors of cerebrovascular diseases.
